1 General Terms

xabj ("we", "platform") provides an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all services, products, promotions and features on the site.

By completing registration on xabj or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

• xabj reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms.
• These terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Where applicable, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are considered part of these terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

A personal account is required to use xabj's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited.
• The name, address and contact details provided when creating an account must be accurate and must be updated immediately if they change.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify xabj support immediately.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Transferring, selling or allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, we may request your ID or other supporting documents at any time.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

The xabj platform is for adults only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested to verify your age.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or granting them access is a punishable offence.
• Providing false information during verification will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply to financial transactions on xabj. We support Bangladesh's major payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 for all methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method registered under the account name.
• We reserve the right to hold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification, which can extend withdrawal times.
• Bonus terms may need to be met before deposited funds can be used.
• Any applicable fees or taxes will be collected in accordance with relevant law.

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

xabj offers various types of bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are granted under specific conditions and all bonuses carry their own wagering requirements.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.
• The VIP programme offers special benefits across three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
• All promotions may be changed or cancelled at any time at xabj's discretion.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

The xabj platform provides casino games, sports betting and other entertainment gaming services. The following policies must be followed when participating in gaming activities.

• All bets are considered final. No bet will be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.
• xabj reserves the right to correct any incorrect results or payouts displayed due to software errors or technical issues.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
• Odds in sports betting are subject to change. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• In-play bets on live events may be cancelled due to delays.
• If systematic betting by the same individual or an organised group is detected, the account will be subject to investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair operation of the platform and protect the interests of all users:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to improperly claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Hacking, using bots or operating games by any automated method.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or modify the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or causing harm to them.
• Gaining dishonest financial benefit through credit card fraud or chargebacks.
• Introducing viruses, malware or harmful code into the system.
• Offensive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards the platform or other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

xabj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If identity verification fails or required documents are not submitted.
• If fraud or cheating is suspected.
• If financial irregularities or chargeback requests are received.
• If the user requests it themselves (in cases of self-exclusion or self-limitation).

Users may also request account closure at any time. In this case, any remaining balance will be returned through the designated process, however any bonus funds where conditions have not been met will be considered void.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xabj will not be liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection, power outage or technical issues.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account.
• Issues caused by the failure or delay of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from your own negligence or failure to comply with the terms.
• Service disruption due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).

xabj does not guarantee any gaming outcome or return on investment. Gaming always carries financial risk and participation in gambling is entirely your own decision.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is very important to us. We use SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your data safe.

11 Dispute Resolution Process
